Kilburn Parish Council are pleased to announce that the Hanging Baskets will be installed in the next few weeks. Following on from Ultrasonic testing, all of the lamp posts have been approved for use for another year. The planter signs will also be re-potted with summer bedding this week to add further colour to the village. Hopefully the summer months are kind to us and the planters/baskets keep us in full bloom.
