Kilburn PC Councillors Trained

Following on from the June Parish Council Meeting. All parish councillors attended a Councillor Essentials Training Session. The session was ran by DALC (Derbyshire Association of Local Councils). The session updated councillors on the do's and don'ts but also relevant and up to date policies which the council can use to make the village a better place. Many councillors already have had ideas on new initiatives for the village.
