If so then a free, local health lifestyles service is here to help. Derbyshire County Council’s Live Life Better Derbyshire service offers support to help you:

• Stop smoking

• Manage your weight

• Get more active

• Identify your health and wellbeing needs

An online self-assessment MOT can help you identify your health priorities and, if appropriate, refer you into the free service.

Services are available to any Derbyshire residents (excluding Derby City)

You’ll need to be aged 18+ to take part in the weight management and exercise services or 12+ for the stop smoking service.
